Sandy Perle
President
Prior to being appointed President in May 2007, Sandy held the position of Senior Vice President, Technical Operations. Prior to joining GDS in 1996, Sandy spent 21 years as supervisor at Florida Power and Light Company, Corporate Health Physics Department, and four years as supervisor in the State of Florida Radiological Health Program. Sandy is currently the Health Physics Society Chair, Standards Committee and Health Physics Society Representative on ANSI N13, N42 and N43 Committees, member on ANSI N13.11 and N13.32 Working Groups, Secretary for the Council on Ionizing Radiation Measurements and Standards (CIRMS) and Deputy Advisor US Nuclear Technical Advisory Group (NTAG), TC85/SC2. Sandy is also a NVLAP Technical Expert, conducting on-site assessments at NVLAP accredited facilities since 1993. Sandy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and a Master's degree in Radiological Physics from the University of Miami.

Louis Biacchi
Vice President, Worldwide Sales
Lou has been involved with the dosimetry business since 1994. He began his career as the TLD Program Manager before transferring to sales in 1997. Lou graduated from Bloomsburg University with a BS in Health Physics. As part of his education, he completed a one-year internship at Pennsylvania Power and Light in their dosimetry laboratory where his main responsibility was the testing and implementation of an extremity reading system. Lou is an avid golfer and enjoys attending or watching a wide variety of sports.

Nancy Ronquillo
Vice President, Client Services
Nancy joined GDS in 1996, and is responsible for directing client services. Prior to joining GDS Nancy was the sole proprietor of a medical transcribing business, specializing in orthopedics, neurology, urology, infectious diseases and general surgery for eight years. She received her BA in Merchandising from California State University, Long Beach.

Luis Espada
Vice President, Manufacturing
Luis is in charge of the facility and the manufacturing operation. Prior to joining GDS in 1996, he was responsible for diagnostic equipment production and facility management. Luis also has vast production supervisor experience, having managed three production departments of a food additive company for a decade.

Malcolm Smith
Vice President, Information Technology
Malcolm joined GDS in 1989, and with his varied background in manufacturing, customer service, and computer sciences, has developed most of the programs in use today. His expertise has enabled the GDS Information Technology department to grow and meet the ever-increasing demands of an expanding company
