Customers Impacted by Hurricane Katrina

Irvine, CA, September 2005 – If you have been affected by Hurricane Katrina we have dedicated a customer support representative to assist you with any product or service questions during this extraordinary time. Call us at 800-251-3331 and ask for Michelle Williams (Monday to Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. PDT).

In light of postal constraints, we have temporarily suspended shipments to areas affected by Hurricane Katrina. If you have a new address you would like your badges shipped to please let us know and we will expedite your replacement shipment.

If you have not received replacement badges do not be concerned, as GDS can provide accurate dose reports on badges worn for up to 3 months. Simply continue to wear your current badge until we provide you with a new one. If you have any questions about your radiation monitoring needs please do not hesitate to contact us.
