GDS offers two new Dosimeter readers that are compatible with the DMX 2000 Series Electronic Dosimeter.
The LDM 210 (serial cable) and LDM 220 (USB cable) are RS232 Dosimeter Readers that easily connect to a computer to download information from any of the DMX 2000 Series Dosimeters. Compact with convenient indicator lamps for operation and access control, these non-contact dosimeter readers require no directional alignment and can be operated by utilizing a universal power supply or 2 AAA 1.5 V batteries.
When used with DosiMed or DosiFast software, the LDM 210 and 220 readers act as interface to activate (switch in counting mode) or deactivate (switch in pause mode) a dosimeter. When utilized with DosiMass software, they interface to read and write the internal data of the dosimeter.
Additionally, GDS offers the LDM 2000, an Electronic Dosimeter Reader that allows complete access control to dosimeter operation.
The LDM 2000 provides quick and convenient wearer identification check, task number input, access authorization, and gate or turnstile control. In-motion readings of dosimeters, which pass-by the reader's field can be sent via data transmission, to a central computer for processing and topographic area location.
